Our Claims Process Explained
Claiming from GMi is clear and simple. You will be able to make life, medical and funeral claims using our website, policy destributors or from our offices.
In the event of a claim, you will need to lodge a claim on the main member's insurance policy so that it can be assessed.
GMi has made it simple for you to claim by giving you the option to choose the method you are most comfortable with:

- Or log in to your account and you will also be advised on any documentation required for the claim to be processed.
2.Download, Fill and submit the simple claim form to our policy distributors or our offices
(please ensure that the claim form is read carefully for any additional requirements)
3. If all the documentation received is in order, we shall pay the claim or give service within 48 hours.
